Joshua Ferro

Joshua is the founder and heart of ThinkUS, bringing a big-picture vision to life with his hands-on teaching experience. He shapes our culture and curriculum with a genuine commitment to making education meaningful. When he isn't leading our mission, you'll likely find him playing guitar, practicing the saxophone, or engaging in a lively debate.

Dr. Janelle Ferro

With a doctorate in education and years of hands-on classroom experience, Dr. Ferro blends deep academic expertise with a real-world perspective. She is truly passionate about mentoring teachers, focusing on genuine relationships and practical strategies that actually work. Approachable and results-driven, she provides the clear, caring support educators need to thrive. When she isn't in the classroom, you can usually find her sharing her voice as a vocalist or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
